While many states don't require proof of dram shop coverage for liquor serving or selling establishments, Illinois now does. Additionally, many local municipalities and counties also require you have liquor liability insurance. To make things easier for our clients, Bret Dixon Insurance now allows you to request a certificate online. We understand that your livelihood depends on you getting your liquor license renewal from the state, and we would like to do everything we can to make the process move along as quickly, efficiently, and stress-free as possible for you.

The more information you can complete on the form, the quicker we will be able to process your request. On regular business days, we will have your certificate faxed to the necessary parties the same day.
