State Certificate Mailer

 
  • For our clients in Illinois, you are required to show proof of dram shop insurance when renewing your state license each year.  Instead of inadvertently submitting your renewal without proof of insurance or scrambling around at the last minute to get proof of insurance, we have instituted a program to alleviate these problems.  We check the State's records and mail each of our clients a certificate approximately 60 days prior to their expiration.

  • When it comes to property coverage limits for your building or buildings, you may think you know how much you could rebuild your building for.  But the cost of building materials is extremely high right now, and fluctuates on an almost daily basis.  We write whatever limit you want for your building, period.  But if you haven't done your research lately, we have a collaboration with one of the major building value estimating firms in the U.S.  With each new quote we present, we also will present you with an up-to-date estimate of what it would cost to rebuild your structure based on your location, square feet, number of stories, and a number of various building materials you have in your current building.  Most restaurants and taverns are underinsured.  Most of them know they are, but not exactly how much.  We want you to be fully aware of how much you have, so you can make the most informed decisions on how to go about insuring it.

Corporate Verification Service

 
  • Each year we verify that your corporation, if you have one, is still in good standing with the Secretary of State.  The named insured on your policies must match the person or entity who has an insurable interest in your establishment.  So if you forget to renew your corporate filings, or have changed your corp. name and forgotten to tell us, we make sure that you're properly insured.  There's nothing worse than paying for insurance that won't cover you when you have a claim.
