Situation: |
Joyce owned and operated a family-fun
center with a restaurant, miniature golf course, and an inn/bed &
breakfast. A main attraction of her business, especially in the
sweltering summer heat and humidity was ice cream. But in a late
summer thunderstorm, lightning hit and damaged Joyce's machine. |

It is great having an insurance agent that takes care of you the way I
was taken care of this week. My ice cream machine was struck by
lightning. From the time I called and discussed the issue, within
1 week I had a brand new ice cream machine. The insurance adjuster
took care of me 100%. Your receptionist took care of me 100%.
I never dreamed I would get a new ice cream machine, I figured I would
have to downsize and buy an older machine. But my adjuster dealt
with the company I buy machines from and within a matter of a few days I
have a new machine coming. It will be installed by this weekend.

Situation: |
Maintenance crews were working on the
roof of the building next to Tony's. The building was very old and
the weight of the workers and their equipment caused the roof to come
loose, slide off it's foundation and smash into the side of Tony's
building. His walls were knocked in and a good portion of the
building collapsed, enough so that a building inspector condemned it.
Although he wasn't allowed in for some personal items before demolition,
Tony's insurance got him a new lot just down the street and a new
building. His business is now doing better than it was before. |
